Skyscraper blamed for earthquakes

Fascinating piece in The Guardian saying that scientists suspect a massive skyscraper in Tapei has caused a couple of big earthquakes because of the pressure it exerts on the earth. If this is true, it throws into doubt plans for a skyscraper city in Japan and also dams and underground waste deposits.
