* Go check out the Carnival of Cities, hosted this week by Jessie Voigts of The Wandering Educators. There is a great collection of links to posts on towns and cities around the world, from Detroit to Saigon, including my own contribution on London.
* For those of you who missed the wonderful Book Passage Travel Writers and Photographers Conference last month, Liz Lewis from Write to Travel has a video of faculty star Tim Cahill speaking about travel writing on her website. By the way, you can get an early-bird rate if you sign up for next year’s conference before the end of this month.
* I’ve lost count of how many posts I’ve read on how to pack and what to take on a trip but this post from Robin Locker of My Mélange focuses on what to do when you return home from a trip. I confess to being somewhat lazy with my unpacking so I am in awe of Robin’s hyper-organisational skills.
